Windows Blue ( 8.1)

Microsoft has recently announced a free update to their latest operating system, Windows 8. The update to the OS has been named Windows Blue. This operating system will be available on most Windows 8 devices purchased later this year.

According to some sources, Microsoft is probably bringing back the home button. It will also provide users with more customization options. There are now new sizes available for the tiles as well. In all there are now four different sizes for the tiles. The desktop background can now also be used for the background of the start screen.

To sum it all up, I think these upgrades are great. They make the Windows experience more enjoyable. It would have been better if Microsoft included these features in the original Windows 8 rather than updating it later.
